Return and Refund Policy

Applicable to: All purchases made via Merchant Center platforms (Google Shopping, Meta Shops, Noon, Amazon.ae) and direct web sales.
Jurisdiction: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)


1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Pure Blu Dubai is committed to providing the highest quality shower filtration systems. We understand that water quality and pressure vary across different areas of the UAE. Therefore, we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee in addition to our standard warranty.


2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be in original condition (unused, unaltered, free from damage, and not installed).

  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all included accessories, mounting hardware, and manuals.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used filter cartridges (for hygiene reasons).

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or tampering.

  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items.


3. Return Process (For Merchant Center Orders)

Step 1: Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery at returns@purebludubai.com or call +971 4 570 8421 with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original box.

Step 4: Ship the item to our designated return address:

Important: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by Pure Blu Dubai.


4. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our office in Al Moosa Tower 1, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, Apple Pay, bank transfer, or merchant wallet). Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.


5. Defective Products & Warranty

Pure Blu Dubai provides a 12-month limited warranty on all shower filter housings from the date of purchase.

  • Defective housing: Full replacement at no cost. Return shipping paid by Pure Blu Dubai.

  • Premature cartridge exhaustion (less than 3 months of normal use): Free replacement cartridge.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear of filter cartridges (standard lifespan: 6 months or 20,000 liters).

  • Damage from high water pressure exceeding 8 bar or water temperature above 60°C.

To file a warranty claim, contact warranty@purebludubai.com with photos/videos of the issue.


6. Cancellation Policy (Before Shipment)

  • Within 1 hour of placing order: Full refund automatically processed.

  • After 1 hour but before shipment: 5% cancellation fee (to cover merchant processing fees).

  • After shipment: The order is subject to the standard return policy above (customer pays return shipping).


7. Shipping Exceptions for Remote Areas

For customers in remote areas (e.g., Liwa, Hatta, Sir Bani Yas Island), return shipping costs are shared equally between the customer and Pure Blu Dubai.

9. Consumer Protection Compliance

This policy complies with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and Dubai Economy (DED) guidelines for e-commerce merchants. Any unresolved dispute may be referred to the Dubai Economic Department (DED) or the Dubai Courts.


10. Policy Updates

Pure Blu Dubai reserves the right to update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. The version published on our Merchant Center profile and website shall prevail. For any changes affecting existing orders, customers will be notified via email.
